Scrum@Scale

While Scrum is now established in individual teams in many places, companies are now often faced with the challenge of introducing agile methods throughout the organization. With Scrum@Scale, no one less than Jeff Sutherland, one of the co-founders of Scurm, has launched a scaling framework that builds directly on Scrum and systematically helps to scale Scrum from individual teams to a complete organization.

The Scrum@Scale Training of Scrum Academy

In this two-day course we will take a detailed look at the Scrum@Scale Framework from Jeff Sutherland, co-founder of Scrum: What can it do? How does it work? And how does it differ from other agile scaling frameworks?

With the help of many andecdotes from the everyday life of the trainer and the participants, with practical exercises and not least the "Heat Map", which everyone develops successively for his context, tools and procedures are imparted, which allow to implement the learned immediately after the course in his own company.

Who is the Scrum@Scale training aimed at?

This training is especially suitable for executives at all levels and for those who are or will be in contact with an agile transition. That means ScrumMaster, Product Owner, Team Leader, Manager, Department Manager, Management, etc.

Of course, the course is a "must" for consultants and coaches who accompany companies on their journey towards agility.

Even if you should use a different framework, this Scrum@Scale course gives a lot of inspiration and helps you to ask yourself the right questions about scaled agility. For example: When does it make sense to think about agile scaling at all and which requirements should be met before tackling scaling?

These trainers offer this course:

Do I get a certificate?

Participation in the course entitles and enables participants to complete a certificate.

In addition to active participation in the course, the participant must pass a multiple-choice test at the end of the course and within 30 days online (at least 23 of 30 questions must be answered correctly). The use of books, course material etc. is expressly permitted.

The costs for this test are included in the course fee.
