Online education in times of COVID-19: Scrum Academy offers virtual live trainings.

Certified ScrumMaster®
22.09. - 24.09.2020 in Frankfurt

In this 3-day Certified Scrum Master© training, we will pursue a joint vision: Experience Scrum to become an (even) better Scrum Master!

We will work on the "Why?" and all the parts of the framework - values and principles, roles, artifacts, and events. And we will dive deep into the role of the Scrum Master to explore the most important aspects like (servant) leadership, coaching, facilitation, and services to the Product Owner and the organization on their way to become more agile.

"Experience drives learning": Small yet effective exercises, and interaction and collaboration in small groups will create positive energy - we will experience "agile". And we will create a product in an on-going simulation - starting with the problem definition, using a product vision and a Product Backlog, and developing and delivering a solution in increments!

You will understand the different perspectives of the Scrum Master role and its relation and services to the team and the organization. You will be able to assess appropriate contexts and use Scrum - not just for the development of software products!
