+++ Latest news about the coronavirus +++

We at the Scrum Academy are carefully monitoring the situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on official sources such as the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) und the World Health Organization (WHO). It is self-explanatory that we follow the official guidelines and sensible precautionary measures.

“We were able to elaborate the content of the training by ourselves. We found the best solution within the team and the open presentation and discussions helped me learn a lot.”

Tom Reinert

UX Designer

“We had the chance to get to know and learn from each other. In this open atmosphere it never became boring and I even got to establish some new valuable contacts.”

Marieke Fuchs

HR Manager

“The explanation of the topics was brief and precise. No endless PowerPoint presentations or monologues, but lots of interactive exercises. Great!”

Scrum Academy - Room for inspiration

Room for inspiration

Our brand new training room has been designed with a lot of attention to detail to meet the needs of our training participants. The room is very spacious and has inscribable walls – for ideas, visualization and discussion.

Due to the huge window front and our roof terrace the participants have a wonderful view over the Rhine, the Cologne Cathedral and the surrounding area guaranteeing an open and relaxed atmosphere.

Learning Agile in an agile way

The agenda of the training is, of course, agile: Right at the beginning, everyone can say what their expectations and personal interests are in this course. This way, we as a group create our own “backlog” – the plan for this training.

This procedure not only helps us customize the training to fit the needs of the participants, it also enables us to spend enough time with personal interaction and knowledge sharing.
